Within 30 days of the date of receipt, return the product(s) for a full refund or exchange. Refunds will be applied to your original form of payment. All returns must not show signs of use, scuffs or scratches. We understand if you didn't like the item and want to return it. A refund will be issued back to your original form of payment. We will gladly pay for return shipping for any product being returned due to an error made on our part.
To initiate the return process please contact the returns department at returns@modtrak.com. Please include the name of the person who placed the order, the order id, and the date of purchase. We will issue a refund within 7-10 days after receiving and inspecting any returns.
